Swimming Pool Closing and Winterization

Full Winterization includes cleaning of the swimming pool, removal of all of the deck equipment such as ladders, handrails, diving board, where applicable, lowering of the pool water to the proper level, removal of the water in all the pool lines with air and seal them with a winterizing plug. We will drain and winterization of the pool equipment. Protect all the pool and spa skimmers and including the installation of the winter pool cover, solid cover or mesh.

Extra charge for pools with attached spas. Closing chemical not included.

 

Partial Winterization includes cleaning of the swimming pool, removal of all of the deck equipment such as ladders, handrails, diving board, where applicable. Lowering of the pool water to the proper level, removal of the water in all the pool lines with air and seal them with a winterizing plug. We will drain and winterization of the pool equipment. Protect all the pool and spa skimmers.

Closing extras include closing chemical package, extra pool equipment, lowering of pool water at closing, and cleaning of pool.

 

 

Winter Maintenance Package

Over the course of the fall and the winter months we can experience a lot of rain and snow, this will weaken the chemical level in your pool and algae may begin to grow. Your pool may look dark green or even black because an excess of sunlight through an aging pool cover and, or, because your pool was not properly closed, if work was performed by another company. Clearwater Pools guarantees that, when the pool is opened, your water will be clear. There will be debris and fine dirt that can be cleaned up, but algae should not be present. If there is a problem with algae in the swimming pool, Clearwater Pools will not charge for any extra cleaning or chemicals needed.

 

During the winter months, Clearwater will check on your pool two to three times and adjust the water level and use chemicals if necessary.
